At parker simonne designs, we want to give our customers something unique and timeless. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies, which detail the way we operate our business. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, get in touch. We look forward to seeing you.

I am a small batch one woman owned slow fashion business. Yes, this is my full-time job. Prices reflect the time, attention to detail, hard to find/rarity or time/travel to source these textiles I use. Artists need a living wage, to work with contractors, travel, health care, etc....(i.e., Please do not barter with artists). Yes, it happens.  ❤


My policies below reflect my capacity, and philosophy as small business: 

Returns & exchangesI gladly accept thoughtful returns and exchanges. Please be mindful of your purchase and measure yourself. It's a big deal to return items on a small business. Labor and Financially. Most of my items are literally one of a kind.Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery to discuss your return/exchange/alteration  Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
